Issues with the product
Within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, if there is a product quality problem, you can directly apply for a refund or exchange service. If it exceeds 15 days, it will be replaced or repaired according to the specific situation.
Please send the product to SHANLING within 30 days of initiating the return/exchange request. We issue a refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 5 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any initial delivery costs paid by you in connection with your order, where all the products that you have received in a single order are faulty or damaged, are reimbursable or refundable. Any fees issued by Chinese customs will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs to China shall be paid by the customer, with no rights for reimbursement.

Unconditional return is accepted only on products with full accessories and completely undamaged packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@shanling.com.
