Order Confirmation

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.Our order processing time is generally within 3 working days if there is no shortage of stock.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order and get a refund before shipped.Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.You will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. For the returned package, please make sure the package is unopened and undamaged as you received it.

Shipping

Our orders are shipped from China, using services such as YunExpress, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. Shipping method will be chosen based on the delivery address, alongside cost and weight of the product. Default shipping is free of charge.
 
For orders under 400 USD, delivery time is normally between 10 and 30 days. For orders over 400 USD, delivery time is normally between 3 and 7 days. Delivery time may differ depending on the country and current global shipping situation.

Tax

Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient.

3.Return and Refunds

Issues with the product

Within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, if there is a product quality problem, you can directly apply for a refund or exchange service. If it exceeds 15 days, it will be replaced or repaired according to the specific situation.
 
Please send the product to SHANLING within 30 days of initiating the return/exchange request. We issue a refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 5 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Any initial delivery costs paid by you in connection with your order, where all the products that you have received in a single order are faulty or damaged, are reimbursable or refundable. Any fees issued by Chinese customs will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs to China shall be paid by the customer, with no rights for reimbursement.
 
If you have a product quality issue to report, you can write us an email at shop@shanling.com and we will suggest solutions. Please be aware that we do not accept a random return of products. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.

No Conditions Return

We allow for an unconditional return of products within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please firstly write us an email at shop@shanling.com and we will suggest solutions. Unconditional return is accepted only on products with full accessories and completely undamaged packaging.
 
For unconditional return, you will not receive a refund for the full amount paid, as the shipping costs associated with your original order will be deducted. Any fees issued by Chinese customs will be also deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs to China shall be paid by the customer, with no rights for reimbursement.

Returns are not accepted in the following scenarios:

2. Not purchased from SHANLING official webshop
3. The buyer caused damage to the product
4. Unconditional return, if the packaging was damaged and cannot be restored,
5. Product returned contacting customer service
